Coconut Chocolate Bars Vegan Refined Sugar Free

Equipment
- 1 big bowl
- 1 tin / glass container
Ingredients
- 3 cups dessiccated coconut
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 6-7 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp high quality vanilla bean paste
- 3 cups oat milk coconut sugar sweetened chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberry powder
Instructions
For the filling:
- Mix dessiccated coconut, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla, melted coconut oil thoroughly.
- Press the mixture into a pan or some wide glass container. Line up with parchment paper or film.
- Place in the freezer for at least an hour.
- Take it out and cut into rectangles.
- Dip them into melted chocolate.
- Place on a rack to cool.
- Spread some raspberry powder on top of them.
- Leave for a few hours before enjoying them..
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of coconut cream or dessiccated coconut to obtain the right consistency.
- If have a sweet tooth you may use more maple syrup.
