Figs & Camembert Sweet Potato Crust Pizza

Ingredients
Sweet Potato Pizza Crust - Medical Medium Recipe
- 1 cup sweet poato puree
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp oregano powder
White sauce
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sare
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
Toppings
- 4 fresh figs
- 4 pieces fresh figs
- 1/4 piece onion
- 1 piece Camemebrt Cheese Violife
- 1 tbsp roasted pine nuts
- 1/4 bunch arugula
Instructions
Let's make pizza dough:
- Mix together in a bowl all the ingredients and knead gently. Make a ball. Spread a shhet of parchement paper.Use your fingers to spread and create a round shape of pizza. You might need to use more coconut flower and arrowroot powder.
- Bake for 10-15 min.
- Take out of the oven.
To make the white sauce:
- Blend cashwes, 1/2 cup water, onion powder, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add toppings:
- Spread white sauce
- Place pieces of Camembert Cheese all over
- Spread slices of onions
- Spread slices of figs on top
- Bake for another 15 minutes
- Take out of the oven and spread roasted pine nuts and arugula.
