Noisette Brownie Plant-Based Gluten-Free

  • 1 Food processor


  • 2 tins organic chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp organic hazelnut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste
  • 1/2 tsp aluminium free baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp aluminium free baking soda
  • 150 ml maple syrup / organic agave syrup or 200 gr coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp almond flour / hazelnut flour
  • 40 gr high quality cacao powder
  • 50 ml plant-based milk


  • Turn the oven on at 180C / 375 F.
  • Rinse the chickpeas very well.
  • Blend the chickpeas in a food processor for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well incorporated.
  • Adjust consistency using more liquid as sweetener ( if necessary) or plant-based milk. If the mixture is too runny add more almond flour.
  • The mixture should be pourable and thick.
  • Pour the batter into a prepared pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for up to 30 minutes. If it looks done after 20 minutes, bake it for 5 more minute anyway.
  • Remove form oven and let cool completely.
  • Cut and serve on its own or with cashew cream.
