
Noisette Brownie Plant-Based Gluten-Free

- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
- 2 tins organic chickpeas or organic black beans
- 3 tbsp organic hazelnut butter
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste
- 1/2 tsp aluminium free baking powder
- 1/2 tsp aluminium free baking soda
- 150 ml maple syrup / organic agave syrup or 200 gr coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp almond flour / hazelnut flour
- 40 gr high quality cacao powder
- 50 ml plant-based milk
Instructions
- Turn the oven on at 180C / 375 F.
- Rinse the chickpeas very well.
- Blend the chickpeas in a food processor for a couple of minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well incorporated.
- Adjust consistency using more liquid as sweetener ( if necessary) or plant-based milk. If the mixture is too runny add more almond flour.
- The mixture should be pourable and thick.
- Pour the batter into a prepared pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for up to 30 minutes. If it looks done after 20 minutes, bake it for 5 more minute anyway.
- Remove form oven and let cool completely.
- Cut and serve on its own or with cashew cream.
